Opa

Lance and his family headed off to Nebraska then Colorado to attend memorial services for Lance's sweet grandfather, Opa - who passed away recently. I hope they have a safe trip and am glad they will get to see some of Opa's relatives they haven't seen in a very long time. These are some pictures of my guys the night before Lance left...

Whew......

Well - what a week...Chase AND Caden have been sick - with different illnesses! Caden had a sinus infection and Chase had a virus. Hopefully we are going to be all better after this weekend...Love that antibiotic :-) I forgot how SPOILED we are having a baby that has been sleeping through the night since he was 2 1/2 months old!!! 3 days of getting up at 2 and 5 am and we came very close to going insane :-) Thank goodness for Mother-in-law and great-grandmother! For some reason, that 5am feeding doesn't bother them :-)





And after a trip to the doctor - we know that Caden weighs 20lbs 3ozs...2 weeks ago he was 19lbs 6ozs...I guess the sickness didn't hurt his eating and gaining weight!!! See picture of Tank below (this was 2 weeks ago, after his shots :-( - note the band-aids on his poor littl legs)

4 Months Old!

Caden is 4 months and about a week old. We had our 4 month check up today and Caden is doing great! He is a little on the large side, though :-)

Caden weighs 19lbs 6 ozs and is 26 1/2 inches long. Both measurements are off the charts for his age :-) that means that he is bigger than more than 95% of babies his age. Good grief!!
